The new concept in this area was to bring together two main elements such as urban space and green space of the city, based on existing conditions.
On the final masterplan is obtained a perfect and harmonical unification of three different parks in a single one including the main symbol of the park, the tree branch silhouette.
All the parks will have the same function except the largest park which is thought to have all the functions needed for a park.
