The project consists of a new street with two directions, parking space on both sides of the street where distances between buildings allow to do that, bike paths with a width 1m. Also, this project includes the extension of the pavement and some pocket park along the street on both sides of it.
In the first floors of the buildings, the design of the facade is made from brick tiles and the upper floors with plaster in different colors.
At the beginning of the boulevard we proposed to build a fountain to connected the street and the new boulevard with a new public space for the pedestrians.
